Sexual direction is not an election… controversial campaign.
This ad caught my eye as I was reading another blog. The campaign is creative. I think it brings the message and the controversy surrounding it has gotten much attention.
Just like the poster, I myself agree that I was born a homosexual. I would have never thought otherwise. If it was a choice, I would be straight. Growing up gay and different from other people was not the path I would have chosen for myself. If it was a choice, I would rather be the same as everyone else.
As I age however, I am glad I am different. I see the world in a different light. I believe I am more compassionate because I am gay. I believe I feel more emotions because I am gay. I can understand the sinner better because I am gay. I do not condemn easily because I know of what I’ve been through. Therefore, my being gay helped me become who I am today and I am happy with what I see.

I like what you said in your last paragraph. Somehow, I see myself that way.
Very nice post…
Hey drake. Thanks for stopping by. I’m glad. We are who we are, and it shouldn’t make us view ourselves as bad people just because we’re gay and that other people think it’s wrong. It is a blessing for most of us – - just like how you and I felt about our experience. Thanks for the accolade!
