I lived in California for two and a half years. There were only a few places for us to get lunch at the area we worked at by the airport. There were several Mexican places there and a couple of Deli’s but there’s one place that I love going every lunch time. They may have mastered the way of grilling chicken. I loved their grilled citrus-marinated chicken!

Who am I talking about? I’m telling you, if you ever travel west, you must definitely try El Pollo Loco. The best marinated chicken you’ll ever try. Actually, it has been a while and I have been craving for it.. nothing seems to beat flame-grilled chicken. YUMMMM!!

Well everyone – How’s your New Year’s resolutions going so far?  I have been faithful going to the gym at least three times a week, at 5:30 am !!!

I am still up for it and ready to continue until it becomes part of my routine.  I have also changed my diet.  I eat a little less now than I used to, trying to avoid second servings.
