When I was about 18, I was exposed to the Bible more than ever. I was invited to a Catholic Charismatic Seminar and although I was a bit skeptical about the whole thing, I went anyway. But then, after witnessing what the movement has done to my cousin (who formerly addicted to drugs and was freed from it), I thought – there has to be something there.so I became more curious. I kept on attending and when the time came for new members to be allowed to take the Life in the Spirit Seminar, I joined.

It was the best experience in my life. I got to study the Bible more that I ever had during 10 years of Catholic Education. It was a contest that the parish priest had created for fun and we studied the book of Luke from the New Testament. Do you know that you can too? Chicago is one of the nicest city in the US of A that I don’t mind visiting over and over again. It is a great city and one of the cleanest one too!

I am heading over there with friends this weekend – and I already know it’s going to be a blast. I’m on a stand by ticket, but I am hoping to get on this afternoon. The weather is going to be great and I cannot wait.
