While staying Manila, I was able to see a lot of mini to medium-sized cars for very good reason. Fuel is very expensive and I know that first hand as well. I have an SUV now and I remember when fuel prices hit an all-time high last summer. I missed my Honda Civic then – and I still miss it now. Although I don’t feel as bad because I gave my Honda Civic to my brother who’s enjoying it to this day.
I told him that he could make the car look brand new by having it re-painted, replace old parts and maintain it well. I told him that he could go online and purchase parts from honda goldwing parts for a good price. I am actually glad that he decided to keep and maintain my car. I hated parting with it because not only was it fuel-efficient, it was fun to drive as well. I used to spend only a few bucks on gas.. I spend more now … and that’s why I miss my Honda Civic.
Right now, I am happy with my SUV but the next time I buy a new car, I will probably by a Honda Hybrid. You will never know if we will go through the same thing again this summer… let’s hope not!

While vacationing at the Islands of Boracay in the Philippines, I had an experience that I will never forget. It is something that I will boast of because it is not a usual experience everyone goes through.
There was a time my friends and I were rushing to the beach that I left my wallet with cash and credit cards outside our room. We were gone for about 6 hours (and when I found out I lost my wallet, I hoped I left it inside the room), and when we returned, the wallet cannot be found.
We called customer service at the Boracay Regency to find out if anyone has turned in a wallet during the time that we were gone. We were suprised to find out that a girl named Cecille from housekeeping found the wallet and turned it in. The wallet was returned with all the monies intact including the credit card that was in the wallet.
I would like to commend the staff of Boracay Regency.
I spoke with the residents of Boracay and they told me that they make sure that anything that they find is returned to the owner. That is the reputation they would like to have so that tourists will continue to return to the islands. Tourism is their main source of income in the islands and if lost, would leave a lot of people suffering. Makes sense. I hope it continues!

Boy! Having little or no sleep is not good for me or my health. I noticed that during my stay in the Philippines (we’re out almost every single night until the wee hours in the morning), my eyebags became worst that it already is. I do have eye creams with me and they seem to help. I have many eye creams that I’ve tried but I don’t know for sure what really works, most specially the dark circles under my eyes.
The time that it was most noticeable was when we hung out non-stop, every night for three nights. My eyebags were so puffy, it looks like I have been knocked out in a boxing ring.. hahaha~! I needed a quick fix because I have only started my vacation then and if I don’t, my nightlife wouldn’t be as good. I went online and checked around for any site that can provided any eye cream review so I could buy it and use it before we go to the islands. It was really helpful. I found the product that I needed and went on my way. My real problem is the dark circle forming under my eyes… I do hope that the products will continue to erase the dark circles under my eyes. The rest at the beach helped as well. We must learn that we need a full night’s sleep as well. Otherwise, any eye cream cannot help.

Hello peeps! Whew! It’s hard being away from home specially when accessing the internet could be too much of a hassle (or expensive!). I didn’t blog the whole time I was on vacation…and rightfully so. I needed the Rest and Relaxation.
I went to the beach of Boracay Islands in the Philippines. It was a fantastic experience. I have been to Boracay once…. but my experience wasn’t much of anything but white sand beaches and clear blue waters. This time, I experienced the nightlife and boy was it fun.
I have to tell you all about it on my next post… it was a grand vacation!

I have already looked into revamping all my blog themes, styles and message. I want to start all over again.
When I started blogging two years ago, I thought a simple blog would do. Until I met fellow bloggers whose blogs are to die for. They have the perfect theme, the organized sidebars and all. I tried to do the same thing while updating my blogs with advertiser requests and all that. At times, I have placed scripts at places on my blog where conflicts of code has occurred. I haven’t really studied programming so at times my sites would hang.
I was hosted at another company before but they weren’t very helpful with resolving my issues knowing that I am a non-technical guy. They have given me warnings after warnings that if I don’t resolve the issue, they will kick my blogs out. I had to find a new web hosting company really fast because I couldn’t resolve the issue on my own and was afraid that they will shut all my blogs down. If you ever get into this situation, I suggest you read up on things about web hosting.
Sure enough – - they did! I had to find a web host in one weekend and get all my blogs back up and running. Many thanks to my technical blogger friends who helped me out. I didn’t know what I would have done if not for them.
Now, it’s the time to revive my blogs in a different way and renew the design. I will come back with a new theme and fresh contents. Just wait…

I have stressed out in the past couple of months. You know, with school, work and all – I thought I would never be able to calm down. I had a twitch in my top-left eyebrow that would not go away.
Even arriving in Seoul, I still wasn’t all that relaxed just yet. But now – I’m here and the fun has already started. I spent some time with old friends and was able to catch up. There will be more news to tell you all.. Just wait for my future posts…

Don’t get me wrong. These design masks have the quality of the hospital masks you would normally use that has the N95 medical grade to filter viral pathogens that would protect the respiratory system. It was originally designed for hospital gift shops to be placed on child patients, it has now become a “fashion statement”. It’s not just for fashion because it does meet the requirements you need to protect yourself from the flue virus. I guess, the swine flu is not the only thing viral these days… this fad is too!
Hey, you can even choose a bandana print or an animal print! Click here to view mask designs.

Folks, I will be away for two weeks. I will be going on vacation in ten days to the Islands in the Philippines. I have been stressed out in the past three months. Juggling schoolwork, a full-time job and extra curricular activities is not easy. My very first break will be this vacation. I intend to make the most of it and of course, God-willng – I hope the weather cooperates.
We have so much to do when we get there. We’re going on a TV show, meeting with celebs (haha!) and then going to the Islands.
I simply cannot wait!

I don’t know about you all, but I’ve always had the interest in Lifeguards. They seem to be the hottest beings at the beach. One time, in Rehoboth beach – I had the opportunity to have a photo op withe Lifeguards in the background in their Lifeguard Swimsuits and my, it was HOT!
I’m kinda “iffy” about wearing Lifeguard Swimwear because I don’t yet have the body for it (working on that though haha!). I would want to see my boyfriend wear one though. Swimwear season is soon to be here.. with trips to the beach and all that. I hope you all are ready for summer!!
I do promise though, when summer gets here – you will definitely see me wearing Lifeguard Swimwear, unless I don’t keep up with my workouts. But I will. (*I will I will I will – trying to convince myself*)

If you are a blogger and would like to expand your horizon in getting out the message to your readers.. podcasting is the way to go.
To be honest, I have been podcasting for three weeks now and I cannot get enough of it. The listeners are the regular readers of my blog as well, so the interaction is definitely more personal.
I having a great time with it. Communication is definitely more animated than reading a blog.
